I saw somewhere, that a great motivator is to list WHY you want to lose weight. So here is my laundry list.
For my kids
for my health
to be more active
because I need to
I want to be there for my kids while they grow up
I want to be able to be with them as they play sports.. and help them with them
I want to be in better health for me
I want to finally fit in smaller jeans and not have to buy at the plus section!
